Cancellation Policy

Last updated: September 2026

This policy covers OpsQuiz's paid features - System Design, Mock Interview (paid 45/60-minute sessions), Interview Essentials, and the Bundle. It doesn't apply to any free part of the site, which remains free with no account or payment required.

1. All sales are final

Payments for System Design, Interview Essentials, and the Bundle are one-time purchases, not recurring subscriptions - each grants access for a stated period (6 months from purchase) rather than billing you on an ongoing basis. A paid Mock Interview session (45 or 60 minutes) is charged per session at the time you start it. Once a payment is processed and access is granted, it is final - we don't offer refunds for a change of mind, not using the access you purchased, or ending your test prep early.

2. Nothing to "cancel"

Because these aren't subscriptions, there's no recurring charge to cancel and no ongoing commitment to end - your access simply runs for the period you paid for (the 6-month unlock window, or the single session you started) and then expires on its own. There's no partial refund for time or sessions you don't end up using.

3. Service changes or discontinuation

If we ever need to discontinue or significantly change a paid feature, we'll try to give reasonable notice, but we're not obligated to issue refunds for access already granted, including any remaining portion of an active 6-month unlock window.

4. Account sharing and misuse

Paid access is tied to your signed-in Google account ("OpsQuiz Core") so it follows you to any device - it isn't meant to be shared. We monitor for clear signs of misuse (for example, one purchase being used across an unreasonable number of accounts or devices) and may restrict or suspend access without a refund if we find it.

5. Blocked accounts

An account found violating our Terms of Service - including payment fraud, chargebacks made in bad faith after receiving access, or attempting to bypass the paywall - can have its paid access disabled without a refund, independent of any free-tier use of the site.

6. Payment disputes

Payments are processed by Razorpay. If you believe you were charged in error (for example, a duplicate charge or a payment that didn't unlock the feature you paid for), contact us through the feedback page with your payment details before filing a chargeback with your bank or card issuer - most billing issues can be resolved directly and faster that way.
